James Frank Sr.
immigrated from Europe in 1949 to Oregon with his
family. In Europe, James was a cabinetmaker apprentice,
trained under master craftsman. After settling down
with his then young family, he started to make cabinets
out of the basement of his home. Later, this would
transform into general contracting, while still
maintaining the cabinet shop. James Frank founded the
company in 1955 and since then the company has built a
firm reputation of quality and craftsmanship.
Currently, James Frank, Sr. is retired and his two sons
and grandson have continued to carry on his legacy.
At James Frank
Construction we still build our own cabinets in our
cabinet shop facility and have our own finish carpenter
team. These phases are not only the most important --
the custom cabinets & woodwork personify the
overall level of quality of your project.
James Frank Construction is also sensitive to the
overall budget of your project. We employ excellent job
costing control to maintain both budget and schedule,
while keeping the architect and owner abreast of all
aspects on your project.
One of our goals is to be environmentally friendly. We
employ job site recycling of debris and also recycle
all usable materials during the demolition phase for a
owner tax credit.
Finally, we want to build a long lasting relationship
with you. On your project we assign a project manager
who will be your point of contact for effective
communication relations. The project manger is always
responsive and sensitive to your needs and will work
with you directly to achieve your
goals.
