James Frank Construction was nominated for the 2007 Hammurabi Award for Oregon. The awards are sponsored by the Masonry Institute of Oregon and only two residential projects were nominated state wide among 35 commercial projects. We were proud to be included this these elite group of projects recognized for masonry excellence.
